In-depth risk management expertise (IT and operational risk, as well as credit and market risk) – developed, implemented and/or overhauled global risk management policies and processes. Co-led Wharton School of Business team that developed intellectual property in the field of Resiliency for the financial sector. Background includes international business experience and knowledge of international compliance regulations. Serves as a SME on IBM, AWS and Azure cloud security and compliance.

Chairperson of IBM's Cloud Compliance Advisory Board for Banking & Financial Services. Leader of digital transformation projects for several large financial institutions that have included the development of Cloud & Cloud Security strategy, international regulatory compliance, enablement of blockchain and AI.

 

David has a MSE from the University of Pennsylvania, and a MBA from MIT.  He is also a frequent speaker at high profile industry conferences, and serves on the Board of Directors for a public corporation.  In addition, David is a member of the editorial board for The Journal of Law & Cyber Warfare
